Thinking of You Week - Send a Card

‘Thinking of You Week’, is a special week that harnesses the emotional power of greeting cards, to create a wave of love, kindness and happiness.   

In the current climate, it has become more important than ever to ensure our friends, family and loved ones are not feeling alone, and to let them know that someone cares.   

The written word, inside a thoughtful greeting card, can make all the difference.  So we invite you all to take part in the nationally recognised, ‘Thinking of You Week’. 

You might have someone specific in mind that you'd like to send a card to? If so, just supply their details, and the message you would like to be written inside the card.   

Alternatively, you might just wish to make someone's day and send an anonymous card to a member of the tavern?! Please just supply their Facebook name and we will get in touch for their address.   

Your card will be handwritten by one of the team and sent out during ‘Thinking of you week’ (20th-26th Sept 2021).   Your £2.50 includes a greeting card, as well as the cost of postage.  

But that's not all, not only do you get to lift someone's spirits by sending them a card, to let them know you are thinking of them, you also get to support a worthy charity at no extra cost to yourself.  So what's not to love?!  

The Virtual Tavern will supply the Greeting Cards and your £2.50 (after postage cost) will go to the well-deserving charity, CALM (Campaign Against Living Miserably).
